We will be practicing an activating 3-part breath that has its roots in Dirgha breathing from the Indian Yogic tradition, and engaging in large group releases, so it is important to note that while we do begin and end gently as well as offer grounding and integration practices after session, most breathers who lean into the experience report the peak to be varying levels of emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically intense.
